돌리하우스 구체관절인형은 대부분의 과정이 수제작으로 제작되는 상품으로 아래와 같은 현상이 발생할 수 있습니다.

구체관절인형 제작 공정상 발생하는 게이트 자국, 파팅라인(실리콘 절개로 인한 물결 혹은 직선의 라인)이 남아있을 수 있습니다.
사이즈별 공용 헤드뚜껑을 사용함으로 인하여 헤드와 헤드 뚜껑과의 미세한 단차가 있을 수 있습니다.
색상의 원료 혼합 과정중 마블링 현상이 남을 수 있고, 동일 색상이라도 생산시기, 파츠의 크기 및 두께에 따라 미묘한 색차가 있을 수 있습니다.
헤드와 바디 파츠의 안쪽, 관절 부위 등 외관상 보이지 않는 부분의 기포, 찍힘 등은 불량으로 판단하지 않습니다.

실리콘몰드와 우레탄을 이용하여 소량생산하기때문에 발생하는 현상으로, 구체관절인형에 대한 이해를 갖고 구매해주시길 바랍니다.

DollyHouse ball-jointed dolls are products in which most of the process is handmade, so the following phenomena may occur.

Gate marks and parting lines (waves or straight lines caused by silicon incisions) that occur during the ball-joint doll manufacturing process may remain.
Due to the use of common head caps for each size, there may be a slight difference between the head and the head cap.
Marbling may remain during the mixing process of color raw materials, and even if the color is the same, there may be subtle color differences depending on the production period and the size and thickness of the part.
Bubbles, dents, etc. in areas that are not visible from the outside, such as the inside of the head and body parts or joints, are not considered defective.

This phenomenon occurs because small quantities are produced using silicone molds and urethane, so please understand before purchasing ball-jointed dolls.

    You are eligible for exchange or return in the following cases:
     - You can exchange or return your order within seven (7) days of receiving your contract details. If the delivery is delayed after you have received your contract details, you can exchange or return your order within seven (7) days upon receipt of your order or after the start of the shipping date.
    - You may exchange or return your order within three (3) months following delivery or within thirty (30) days of becoming aware that the goods and services were delivered in specifications that are different from how they were advertised or promised. 
     
    You are not eligible for exchange or return in the following cases:

    - If the packaging has been damaged for goods that can be reproduced as identical counterfeits 
     - If we have obtained your consent of ineligibility because irrecoverable damage to the seller is expected in the case of an order cancellation for goods that are produced individually for an order.
